The Commercial Exchange Drouin gives businesses the flexibility to expand and contract with office spaces from 1 to 4 PAX and the ability to rent multiple spaces.

All inclusive rent/license fee.

  • Utilities - water, power etc.

  • Internet - Wifi and data points will be available throughout.

  • Concierge front of house Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm.

  • Free unlimited use of common spaces.

  • Use of meeting/training rooms. *Excluding Co-working hot desks.  

  • Tea/Coffee.

  • Kitchen – Basics provided.

  • Security - 24 hour surveillance and monitoring.

  • Print station - a Station/printer will be provided, however, printing will be billed individually.

  • Insurance - Building insurance for the state of the art boardrooms and conferencing facilities will be included. Each Licensee will need their own PI and contents.   

  • Signage – A signage fee will apply to customise your door and the directory at the front of the building.

  • Rates - all included.

  • Cleaning - all common areas and coworking spaces. Basic cleaning provided to flex spaces.
